Healing Roots Therapy & Wellness provides tele-health services exclusively.

  • All therapy sessions are conducted remotely using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • Services are available only to clients physically located in the State of California at the time of the session, in accordance with California licensing laws.

By using this website and/or participating in services, you confirm that you understand and agree to these limitations.

3. No Crisis or Emergency Services

This website and tele-health services are not intended for emergencies or crisis situations.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please:

Healing Roots Therapy & Wellness does not provide emergency or on-call crisis services.

By participating in tele-health services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

These topics will be reviewed further in the informed consent process prior to beginning therapy.

6. Fees, Payments, and Cancellation Policy

Fees for services will be discussed prior to scheduling sessions and outlined in the informed consent and financial agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • Appointments canceled or missed without adequate notice (typically 24–48 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee

Specific policies will be provided in writing during the intake process.
