Individual Therapy - Adults
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and begin understanding yourself more deeply.
Many adults I work with are high functioning on the outside but feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that often trace back to earlier experiences. You might notice overthinking, people pleasing, emotional shutdown, or reactions that feel bigger than the moment. My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I combine psychodynamic and psychoanalytic work to explore how past experiences and early relationships shape current patterns, with cognitive and behavioral strategies to help you manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present. Alongside this, I use trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and inner child work to support meaningful and lasting change.
“Insight brings understanding, but healing happens when your mind, body, and emotions are finally working together.”
Who This Is For
This service is well suited for adults who feel caught between insight and change. You may understand your patterns logically but still feel emotionally or physically stuck. Therapy can support those navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. This is for adults who are ready and motivated to take steps toward lasting change.
What to Expect
Our work may involve exploring early experiences and relational patterns while also developing practical ways to cope in the present. Sessions are reflective, structured, and flexible, allowing space for both emotional depth and skill building. Virtual sessions offer consistency and privacy while supporting meaningful therapeutic work.
